General Information

 

Contributions to ISEEE'2021 will be presented either as a lecture or as a dialogue form. A manuscript in both cases must be submitted in English for inclusion in the Symposium Proceedings. Acceptance of contributions will be based on the full paper.

Proceedings
All the papers of the ISEEE 2010, 2013, 2017, and 2019' Symposiums have been indexed by Scopus and ISI (Thomson Reuters, Clarivate).
Conference proceedings will be submitted for posting to IEEE Xplore

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

July 25:  Special session proposals based on the set of the abstracts of the papers.

August 1:  Notification of special sessions acceptance and further details.

August 20, 31 September 12: Submission of full ordinary paper proposals (recommended 4 or 6 pages) as pdf or MS Word files

September 16 21: Notification of acceptance/rejection.

October 1:  Registration form, Camera-ready version (4 or 6 pages) of the accepted papers.

  • Each paper must be registered by registering one of authors at least;
  • Each participant should register by sending the filled registration form and a copy of the payment form to: iseee@ugal.ro ;

     Online registration

     

    • Early registration fees: 125€ (online) before September 20, October 1st 2021 and 150€ (online)   after September 20, October 1st 2021. Due to pandemic situation only Online registration is possible: The fees covers the Symposium CD Proceedings, up to two technical papers as the main author, access to the professional development tutorials and exhibitions.  

    • Student registration fees:  100 € before September 20, October 1st 2021 and  115 € after September 20, October 1st 2021. The registration fees include the admission to the Symposium sessions, a copy of the Symposium Proceedings, access to the professional development tutorials.

    The fee for SPECIAL SESSIONS is 200 €. It covers an extended number of pages for each paper (up to 10 pages), special assistance from organizers, proceedings, CD-ROM.

     

    The IEEE members will benefit from reduced registration fee.

    Conference registration fees will be reduced for IEEE members according to the following rule: 10% reduction of the conference fee

     Students must provide evidence of their IEEE affiliation (properly signed and sealed). At the same time, waiver of fees will be granted for one Phd Student and for one paper (registered as IEEE student member) based on request between 20-30 September 2021.The selection procedure will be based on the PhD results (the best one will be selected) accumulated by the PhD students, according to their Doctoral Schools affiliation. 

     

    Notes

    1) On the bank payment form as payment details please indicate the author name and the paper ID.

    2) Authors should send a scanned copy of the bank payment form and the completed registration form to the ISEEE 2021 Secretariat (iseee@ugal.ro).

    3) For each paper at least one of the authors has to be registered before September 20, October 1st 2021 in order to include the paper in the Conference Program.

    4) Conference fee does not include bank charges. Payments in RON must be done in accordance with the current EUR/RON exchange rate.

    5) Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomas with a university or another similar institution. Registration as a Student requires an Official Letter stating that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D. student. This  letter  should  be  sent  to  the  ISEEE 2021 Secretariat - iseee@ugal.ro.

    6) IEEE Member should send a scanned copy of the valid IEEE membership card to the ISEEE 2021 Secretariat (iseee@ugal.ro).

    7) All cancellations must be made by writing to the ISEEE 2021 Secretariat (iseee@ugal.ro).

    Cancellations received before October 1st, 2021 are fully refundable minus a 40€ processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after October 1st, 2021 are non-refundable. No refunds will be accepted if requested after October, 10th, 2021. All refunds will be done after the Conference. The registered person can be replaced by the other. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
